Apps For Events, a service of AppBurst, released the 2012 PDA Annual Meeting mobile application in anticipation of the April 16-18 event at the J.W. Marriot Resort at Desert Ridge in Phoenix, Arizona. The event, hosted by the Parenteral Drug Association, gives members of the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical community a chance to view case studies and presentations from various world-class speakers in the industry. Vendors showcasing new technology and educational sessions are also highlighted during the three-day event. 

The 2012 PDA Annual Meeting mobile application is available as a native app for iPad, iPhone, and Android devices, as well as a mobile web app. Users have access to the complete program agenda sorted by day or track, as well as speaker biographies and a listing of exhibitors. An interactive exhibitor map enables attendees to easily navigate the 150-booth exhibit hall, while a city guide to Phoenix highlights many of the attractions and restaurants in the immediate area. The event app also features calendar integration and page sharing via email, Facebook, and Twitter.
