Updated CRF Meetings App Released with New Survey Feature

Posted by Matt Milloway on Oct 19, 2012

AppBurst has unveiled a new survey feature in its CRF Meetings App for the 2012 TCT Conference, which takes place next week at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami, Florida. Available for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices, the surveys are now offered with every mobile event app and provides our clients with multiple ways to receive valuable feedback from attendees.

The new survey feature was created to receive content-specific feedback for specific sessions, speakers, or any other content area in the app. Feedback types to include in the app range from multiple choice questions and five-star ratings to open form questions enabling users to enter a unique comment or response. A slider function is also available with answers to questions based on a sliding scale such as "disagree", "no answer", and "agree". The functionality is extremely flexible, as all of the question content, placement, and format throughout the app can be determined by our clients. For example: five-star ratings can be added to speakers and multiple choice questions to sessions, or vice versa. As survey results are tabulated, results are sent to our AppBurst Dashboard admin system.

Receiving feedback from attendees can be an invaluable resource for improving the content the following year's app and more importantly the event itself. From determining the effectiveness of agenda topics to rating the popularity of speakers, our survey feature enables clients to continually evolve and improve event content through dynamic feedback from attendees. Contact us to learn more about our mobile event app solutions.
