An emphasis on sustainability and unique venues come to mind for those looking to add new life into a meeting, conference, or trade show. So too are ideas surrounding technology:

Engagement also relies heavily on mobile technology at events in order to make attendees part of the event; “increasing attendee engagement translates into better overall experiences. By being part of the event, attendees are more likely to gain more knowledge and skills than by simply being spectators.”

How To Get The Most Out of Exhibitions 

From choosing the right event in the first place to learning about the competition, attendance is more than simply showing up and demonstrating a product or service, explains Reno Macri at the Trade Show News Network.   

Another key element to get the most out of exhibitions is the identification of targets: 

“Knowing who you want to talk to at the event before it begins can help you to use your time more efficiently.
