Apps For Events Releases AAAAI 2012 Mobile Event App
Apps For Events, a division of AppBurst, recently released a mobile event application for the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI) 2012 Annual Meeting. The application -- available in native iPhone, iPad, and Android versions, as well as a mobile-web app -- was specifically developed for the March 2-6 event, being held at The Peabody Orlando and Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
Users of the mobile app have access to a significant amount of event information, including a complete program with event sessions and speakers featuring calendar integration and sharing via email, Facebook, and Twitter. An interactive exhibitor map also enables event attendees to navigate the facility and bookmark individual booths or mark a booth as "visited" within the app. Other highlights include a city guide to Orlando and general information on AAAAI, including access to the company’s official website, Facebook, and YouTube pages.
AAAAI focuses on the research and treatment of allergic immunologic diseases, with over 6,500 worldwide members in fields ranging from allergists and immunologists to healthcare professionals.
