The 34th International System Safety Conference is being held at the Renaissance Hotel at Sea World in Orlando, FL from August 8th to 12th. This year’s conference theme is "Developing System Safety Engineers for the Future” and attendees will experience a tutorial-centric event focused on training and education. Topics include “general system safety engineering, human factors, accident and incident investigation, ground transportation system safety (highway and rail), and electrical and nuclear power system safety.”
Attendees using the ISSC Conference App enjoy access to the full event agenda with calendar integration and bookmarking capabilities. Sessions are divided into programs and days with accompanying speaker and author information, as well as a PDF floor plan of the event facility. Other highlights of the mobile event app for iPhone, iPad, and Android include sponsors, exhibitors, document libraries, and information about both the venue and organization.
