World Cornea Congress VII takes place in San Diego from April 15th to 17th at the San Diego Convention Center. Held every five years, the three-day event “highlight the progress that has been made in both clinical and research endeavors of the international corneal community.” The congress includes an exhibit hall and invited speakers from around the world.
Users of the mobile event app may access a complete congress agenda sorted by day or time and with calendar integration. Each session includes related speakers and room information, while an exhibitor list and map provide booth numbers and detailed company information for attendees. Other highlights of the app include a listing of future meetings, welcome message, question form, social media, and notepad.
As the sponsor of the Cornea Congresses, the Cornea Society fosters “the exchange of information about the cornea and anterior segment of the eye through scientific meetings, communications, and a quality scientific journal and newsletter.” The society was founded in 1975 and today included members from all over the world.
