Users of the 2015 GSM Event App may access a complete meeting agenda—sorted by day and category—with 3rd-party calendar integration via Outlook, iCal, etc. Session details include room information, times, and other pertinent logistics. The mobile app also makes available directories of employees, partners, distributors, and all attendees with associated company information. Customized content in the app includes personal agendas for each attendee and a notepad for users to save and share notes directly from the app during the meeting. Other highlights include a welcome message, feedback form, Los Angeles city guide, and hotel information such as the floor plan, amenities, and website link.
