The Cancer Informatics for Cancer Centers 2016 Spring Symposium takes place in Napa, California from March 13th to 15th at the Meritage Resort and Conference Center. The event draws leaders from both educational institutions and cancer centers; sessions include workshops and keynote speeches, as well as initiatives and receptions.
Users of the CI4CC Event App enjoy access to a full agenda for the symposium with calendar integration with popular apps like iCal or Outlook. The sessions—each containing times and relevant speakers—are available as a full chronological agenda or browsed by day and category. The app also showcases speaker profiles with head shots and bios, while a city guide provides attendees with useful information on Washington DC. Other highlights of the event app include integration with the official CI4CC Twitter feed, a notepad, initiative, and information about the organization with contact info.
