    ATS 2012 International Conference App Released

    Apps For Events has published the American Thoracic Society (ATS) 2012 International Conference App for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices, and as a mobile-web app. The conference, held in San Francisco from May 18 to 23, draws physicians from all over the world and focuses on pulmonary, critical care, and sleep.

    SFIMA App Updated for 2012 Summit

    Apps For Events, a service of AppBurst, has updated the SFIMA: South Florida Interactive Marketing Association event app for this year's SFIMA Summit, to be held in Davie, FL on May 15. The annual meeting aims to "explore the secrets to good social media and its integration into the marketing mix." New features in the mobile app include a notes area and speaker bios. The event app, available for iPhone, iPad, Android devices, and as mobile-web app, also features a complete agenda, social media integration, and the official SFIMA blog.     WBCSD LD Meeting 2012 App Released by Apps For Events

    Apps For Events, a division of AppBurst, has released a mobile event app for the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD). The 2012 WBCSD LD Meeting Montreux app was built for the organization's Liaison Delegate Meeting from April 23-27 in Montreux, Switzerland at the Montreux Music and Convention Centre. Based in Geneva, WBCSD aims to bring businesses together with a priority to "create a sustainable future for business, society, and environment."

    Apps For Events Launches Bookmarking Feature

    Apps For Events, a service of AppBurst, has unveiled a new bookmarking feature for its mobile event applications. Users are now able to bookmark content into a “my favorites” section within the app, which is categorized by content type and saved for future access. From creating a custom schedule to highlighting favorite speakers and exhibitors, users can manage event content in a variety of new ways.
